A Day Of Play Theatre and Creativity Workshops for Adults

Join us for a theatre and creativity intensive designed to spark imagination, expand craft, and bring artists of all levels together in a joyful, hands-on environment.

Participants will dive into immersive workshops led by experienced instructors, exploring movement, puppetry, playwriting, devising, mask work, and stage combat. A Day Of Play is built for both emerging and experienced artists, offering multiple entry points for experimentation, skill-building, and creative risk-taking.

This is a day to play boldly, try new forms, and reconnect with the excitement of making theatre.

 

Workshop Times
Saturday, June 20

9:30am–9:55am: Check-in - time to settle in before we begin!

10:00am–11:30am: Movement/Viewpoints with Justin Burgess
11:45am–1:05pm: Puppetry/Devising with Aliza Moran

LUNCH BREAK

1:40–3:10pm: Playwriting with Evan Linder
3:15–4:45pm: Stage Combat with Lauren Gunn

Attendees should bring their own lunch for a midday break on Saturday.​
